China Bend (no its not from China)

As I mentioned in a previous post this week, we're headed off this weekend to a girlfriends bachelorette party.  I'm looking forward to good food, wine tasting, girl time, etc.  While we're not headed to China Bend Winery, I was intrigued to learn about what organic wines are made here in Washington State.  China Bend is located on Lake Roosevelt and we happen to go there every summer so just maybe this summer we'll make a special stop to say hello and see just how they do things there.

It looks like such a beautiful location and guess what?!?!  They have a bed and breakfast too.  Maybe I'll get a night in a bed this year instead of 7 days in the dirt :)  Follow the link above to learn more about their "Living Wine" philosophy.
